 Women's Health Boutique makes it easy for you to order your products and have them shipped directly to you. To make matters even simpler, we can accept your insurance online!

If you don’t see what you want or need, are not sure which products are right for you, or have questions, let us know and we’ll do our very best to help you. If you need custom compression garments, a compression pump, or are interested in a custom breast prosthesis—we’ll be delighted to assist you, even if you live far from one of our boutiques. No matter what you’re shopping for, our goal is to make a positive difference in the way you look and feel about yourself, so you can say “I feel like me again!”

We Accept Your Insurance Online! This means you don’t pay upfront for the amount your insurance will cover because your insurance will pay Women's Health Boutique directly. When you shop with us online, you’ll be able to create a free account anytime, where you can add your insurance information to your profile. You can also create an account and add your insurance at checkout! Existing customers can log into their accounts to do so as well.

The process is simple:

  1. Shop online and put all the products you desire in your cart, those you believe your insurance will cover, as well as any retail products. 
  2. For each product that you put in your cart as "Insurance Eligible," that you believe your condition makes medically necessary, and that you want us to file a claim for you, click Yes under "Use Insurance".  Disregard the prices of your cart balance. These will be adjusted and repriced according to what your insurance plan allows for each product, if any at all, based on your deductible and coinsurance.*
  3. When you finish shopping, click Check Out. You will be directed to log in if you have an account established or to set up an account if you are a new online customer, to add insurance, apply to order, add additional information and submit insurance. If you clicked Use Insurance for any product, your cart will be put on hold for up to 72 hours while we complete the eligibility and benefits process, determine what and how much your insurance will allow, and reprice the products in your account. You will not have access to your cart during this time.
  4. We will notify you by email when your cart is repriced, unlocked, and ready for you to complete your order. The appropriate discount will have been applied to your cart for the amount your insurance should pay us. At checkout, your new balance will be what your insurance allows plus your retail items. Your Total Due will be the new balance less what insurance is expected to pay us directly.
  5. When your order is completed and all requested documentation is received, we will ship your products directly to you... so you can say “I feel like me again!"
*Please note that whether you shop with us online, or in one of our boutiques, you will always be responsible for your deductible, your co-insurance and for items your plan deems not medically necessary or that are not covered by your plan. Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance companies require an RX in order for them to make payment.
