Shipping Policy

Shipping is included for all Breast Pump, Medicare, and Medicaid customers only for Assigned Insurance Orders.  All other Assigned Insurance Orders will be a flat rate of $10.95.  For all Retail or Non-Assigned Insurance Orders, shipping will be a flat rate of $15.95.

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE CONTIGUOUS 48 UNITED STATES

Products will be shipped UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, or USPS (approximately 3-5 business days)

Please note, free freight only applies to breast pumps, Medicare orders and Medicaid orders.  Any special shipping, such as expedited shipping, will be an added cost.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time. Insurance Orders will be shipped as carts are completed, all required documentation is received for insurance processing, and remaining balances due are paid.

Women's Health Boutique does not currently ship any products outside of the United States. Sorry for this inconvenience.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.

Step 1:
Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. To obtain an RMA number and return instructions, please call Women's Health Boutique Online Boutique.

Step 2:
If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received. If you paid with a check or money order, allow 2-4 weeks to receive your refund check from Women's Health Boutique from the time we receive the returned product.

Step 3:
On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate Women's Health Boutique's warehouse. You may use UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.

Step 4:
If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by Women's Health Boutique, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Women's Health Boutique is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

All defective products will be accepted by Women's Health Boutique for credit, exchange or repair, at Women's Health Boutique's discretion within 14 days from the invoice date.

All products to be returned must be returned within 14 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Women's Health Boutique reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 14 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 14 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.

*UNAUTHORIZED RETURN NOTIFICATION* Customers will be charged for shipping fees associated with unauthorized returns that have to be redirected to Women's Health Boutique's warehouse locations.
